I used to be a big fan of Muscletech, just bought their products. but
sometime last year, I tried other brand, now kind of mix them altogether. I
think Muscletech's stuff are nice, but they are quite overpriced I think.
Some other brands are as good and cheaper, such as twinlab and Optimum
Nutrition's protein shakes.
The suppliments I am currently taking is Celltech, Nitrotech, naNO Vapor and
