But if your kayak weighs more than 60lb, moving it between the parking lot
and
the
launching site is not easy. You need to buy a kayak cart.
Like the following one, it is sold for at least $60, I guess.
Fortunately, we can make one. Here I give you two methods. One is I used two
years ago. Another one is what I recently think would work.
First one: make one from pvc pipe
materials: pvc pipe, pvc fitting, wheels, axis, clip
tools: pvc cement
The whole prices is about $40. Sometimes, you can buy a kayak cart with
discount price close to $40. Therefore, I would suggest you to use my second
method.
Second one: if you have an old baby cart you don't want to use any more.
you can disassemble it. You can reuse the wheels and axes.
you can only need to buy pvc pipe and pvc fitting, clip and pvc cement.
You can reduce the whole price from $40 to nearly $20.
anyway, good luck. Lastly, show a kayak cart made of pvc pipe. Mine looks
very similar to this one. But I did use a steel axis which made my kayak

For me, mine is ok.
The most expensive parts are steel axis and wheels.
So if you have an old baby cart, it would save a lot.
