我04年F1来美，09年8月转H1b。护照2018到期，H1B签证2012到期。我需要renew我的i-
94吗？非常迷惑。 |

notice. the expiry date should be consistent with your H1B
the one u got at airport is outdated.

2012, same number as my old student I-94. so I think I am fine.

发帖数: 1254 | 4 你的I94就是应该是你护照上的小白条，上面写的截至日期应该和你被批准的H1B的截至
日期一致。
我的情况是，我护照今年5月中过期，我的H1B是申请到今年的9月30日。结果我前年入
境的时候I94就写到和我护照过期时间一致。所以我就只能前段时间办了新护照，然后
需要在FILE 一下，延期到我H1B本该到期的日子。 |

please tear off form I-94 printed below. and staple to original I-94 if
available.
i just totally ignored it. kaka.will do that right now...

to china. I applied for H1B visa in China and then re-entered us. So i got
the I-94 attached with my passport shows the ending date same as my passport
expiration date.

she never left US after she transfered status so the white thing in her

发帖数: 1254 | 10 我们单位的人说要重新续一下。。。我现在真是迷糊了。刚刚找到我从ORIGIONAL I797
上撕下来的下面的那部分，左边是有一个写的：DETACH THIS HALF OFF FOR PERSONAL
RECORDS
然后下面是：
RECEIPT # XXXXXXX
I-94 # XXXXXXX
NAME XXXX
CLASS XXXX
VALID FROM XXXX UNTIL XXXX
PETITIONER XXXXXX
这个就可以当作我的I94 么？ 后来重新入境时得到的那个有效期和我旧护照有效期一
直的那个I-94呢？那个算数？我们单位的HR 让我去续一下
