Cancellation/ Early/ Late Check-out: In case the Renter needs to stay
shorter / longer period of time, cancellation /termination /delay notice
must be given to the Owner in written form of a letter or email at least 30
days in advance.
但是没有具体说明提前30天就可以免责。我还没在学校外面租过房子，感觉这条约挺厚
道,这样应该是正常的吧？
