了通知，让我们搬家。请问这种情况一般需要赔偿什么呀？通知里写的是：
Pursuant the provisions of section 23 of the lease, you are hereby notified
that at the expiration of (3) days, the undersigned will serve a 5 Day
Notice, following which the apartment will be repossessed and an action will
be commenced against you in court for your removal by the Sheriff, for
rent for the remainder of the lease term, for attorney fees and court costs
, and for any other damages sustained by the Landlord.

发帖数: 932 | 5 房东肯定有保险啊。 但是保险公司能不找楼主要么？ 其实修东西花不了多少钱，但
是其他杂七杂八的就不好说了。 建议你们态度好好的，去求一下他们吧，说一下你媳
妇生孩子的事。
反正这事不知怎么搞的，做landlord,碰到了破坏东西的恶租户一筹莫展。 做tenant
吧， 也不敢/不能象恶租户那样。怎么两头不着呢。不如楼主就做一次恶租户吧，房东
得去法院拿evict，怎么也得一个多月啊。他们能这么马上就赶人么。 建议楼主把值钱
的东西先收拾出去。然后就住在里边，看看到底会怎么样。 不过得出钱把破坏的东西
给修了。 |
