租了一个小私人房东的房子,签到明年8月1日,但是因为突然提前走,所以想提前终止
合约到今年的8月1日。之前房东写信说让我们sublease,我们弄好以后,房东突然又写
信说:
However, since it is within the time frame of when you want to depart, the
option of a two-month "buy-out" of the lease would apply (providing that the
apartment is exactly the way that you received it upon departure). We have
no obligation to approve a replacement application within the last 90 days
of your stay (which you have requested to be July 31, 2011)In fact the "buy-
out" option is the only available option as you are in the last 90 days of
when you want to vacate. I will drop off a copy of our "Lease Release Policy
", which describes the procedure for terminating the lease early. No portion
of your security deposit can be used for rent or termination costs.
看不懂。。。请指教。。 | c********d 发帖数: 11593 | 2 意思是因为你提前终止lease,他们要多收你两个月的房租作为他们要找人接住的机会
成本。你就算找到人来续租也没有用,因为他们可以不让人住进来。扶额,好好看看你
的lease,看有没有回旋的余地吧……
