我现在还是F1身份。 准备明年回国探亲，现在担心返签签证问题。 找了几个移民律师
，他们都说理论
上dismiss的案子不会有影响。
现在这里寻求有过类似经历的朋友能够给我介绍一下经验。最好私下发信联系。 跪谢。
现在主要问题是：
1，有arrest记录，但dismiss掉， 这样对F1返迁有没有影响。
2，另外，去加拿大/墨西哥签证和回国签有什么区别？
3，除了签证，入境是否会遇到问题

没被起诉是什么意思？
arrest的时候都是给安了罪名，有charge的。
arrest也是有记录的

Bring this to your visa interview, on the visa application form, you need to
answer "yes" to the question of whether you were arrested before. Explain

case to the visa officer and show the letter as well.
You should get visa. At least this wont' affect your visa.

this.
You should get a court record. If you have a case number, call your county
court
house and ask them about the court record which shows that the case was
dismissed. Court may have a seal 钢印 for this to show that it is official.

sometimes
dismissal is conditioned on some kind of punishment such as probation and/or
community service. The immigration system treats this kind of dismissal as
guilty plea. So if your dimissal is unconditioned, it is good to have the
court record to show such is the case. Anyway, it is up to you.

我这case当时反复确认过，是completely dismiss的。
返签除了带这个，还这个case有关的还要再带什么吗？虽说签证官不会因为这个拒，但
是会不会有什么坏的印象，安个有移民倾向给拒掉啊 ？
