朋友申请英国 CS Phd,陶瓷一个教授email大概这么写的：
标题：Propsective D.Phil Candidate... ..
内容:...自我介绍... I am very curious as to whether you are accepting
students this coming year?

We are currently looking for a software engineer that has expertise in .....
arrange an interview next week....
背景：因为这个教授有一个startup是由学校投资的，所以他在homepage上说Phd和
software engineer都招。
问题：朋友背景硕士毕业工作两年多，有一篇比较好的期刊，那这意思是申请Phd不够
