We are still in the process of finalizing the selections. This may take a
while (up to a month) as the chair has to discuss several options with the
administration with respect to each of the candidates, which the Dean has to
approve.
这个chair跟HR讨论的是每个人么 还是只是top candidates. 难道是offer已经发了只
是在negotiation 而已？这个位置一共面了六个人 可能会招两个人 |

能再reach你。 |

这个其实不诡异，应该是我们华男（处在食物链最底层,除了极少数star外)很常碰见的一
个流程吧。听说有人等了2-3个月突然拿到offer的。如您所猜，应该是在和第一候选人
谈判。这样的人一般不止一个offer，所以楼主还是有希望的。祝好运！
