2. You shouldn't focus on the salary that much as long as is not way off.
You need to show them that you care about the research and your start-up
should match it.
3. What's your field and school? Some medical schools have very low
teaching load. If you are teaching undergraduate, you are looking at 2-2?

守怕给offer后难再negotiate,说的高些又怕对方不乐意。是不是最好就是不说，然后
说现在还没预算好？

figure it out yourself. You can probably get some hints from the interview
on how much start-up the school can afford.
