The MRI will be awarded, just got a notice from PM.
Should I notify PM about my moving to another university and see if the new
university may provide the cost sharing or not, before the award is posted?

应该不会，那得多麻烦，多半都不给你了，
每个学校一年只有3个，你想干，学校也估计不愿意干了，呵呵。
要不你晚点走，拿到grant,再走，好歹有点credit.
