能保持住4.0的impact factor很难啊。
但是从另一方面讲，
现在能保持住，也说明这个杂志还是不错的。

I have reviewed and rejected a manuscript for PlosOne, but it was still
published. The quality of that manuscript is really not good. |

It publishes four issues per year and has had no IF although its first paper
was published 16 years ago.

for seven further journals. Twenty-five journals published by NPG now

更加奇怪的是同一杂志，有些文章pubmed能搜到有些搜不到
弄不懂它们是怎么界定的
