I am applying for a position from American Top University. The HR sent me
the Affirmative Action (AA) Form. I emailed back to ask what AA form is for.
The HR replied: This is required by credentialing. Everyone has to do it
whether they come in as an Assistant Professor or Full Professor, etc. It is
also required to be completed in promotion paperwork of current staff.
Do you know what is AA?

preference to Blacks and Hispanics.

v. University of Texas at Austin, which will be handled by the Supreme
