but I see a lot of difference between associate/full professors newly hired
in
the same department of the same university.
for example, one full professor is $220,000.
but another one is only $150,000.
They are newly hired full professors and have almost same publications
and fundings.
I bet the second one won't stay here longer if he knows the difference.

can we report our previous salaries fraudly?
for example, $120000 was told them but actual salary was $80000.
so that they can pay you much higher than $80000.
