如果他们不给，那也没办法。
不过，能够negotiate,很多时候也基于有别的更好的offer来自于相同或更好的学校。我不知道如果没有另一个选择，怎么argue |

能多要1000块不到。但是他们很热情地帮我办绿卡，所以我挺满意的。
