想想看是不是应该交个revision。
现在经济紧张，reviewer都比较mean，有点怕revision的score会变更差。这种可能性

if this revision is not funded, then you have to make major changes before
re-submission. or they will not even review it anymore.

但是我第一个也没啥正经concern.所以挺担心越改越差。。。要不要fund还得过一段时
间才知道。可是3.12就revision deadline了。真ft.

发帖数: 16729 | 4 I know NIH only allws you to make one revision/resubmission. if the revision
is not funded, then the same proposal can not be revised and will not be
reviewed any more. basically, two strikes, no matter whether you hit or not,
you are out.
i would think if you have multiple projects then it doesn't matter much, but if you have only one project, then you want to think twice before resubmitting.

revision就跟paper revision一样，把reviewer的concern都address了，不会越来越差
的，而且你的估计本来本fund的可能性就很大。如果resubmit之后很快被fund了，你可
以立刻withdraw你的resubmission.
