这个conference接受分两档：好的去一个journal，差点的进proceeding。
这种审稿的proceeding， 算不算publication？进了proceeding还能在其它journal发

发帖数: 8017 | 3 没人知道么？今天是deadline，急丫。那个proceeding是IEEE conference
proceedings，会议是reviewed。这样是不是就不能在正经journal再发表了呢？想投主
要是因为一部分选出的paper会进一个可以的journal。 |

journals. Both are peer-reviewed. Usually the journal version require at
least 30% new materials that did not show up in conference. I think you can
first publish in conference, and then in journal. Best. |
