发帖数: 4170 | 8 今年有个政府的stimulus plan截至了，在那些受房灾严重的地区，公立学校就受到很
大影响，纷纷在砍funding和furlough。所以如果已经有offer,又不是很烂，先工作了
再说8，毕竟以后还可以骑马找马。做了faculty找工作，和学生又不一样了，只是
credibility好多了。 |

数量。所以算下来，中奖率基本上变化不大。

发帖数: 67 | 18 Not sure how that works. The awards from last year will last for either 3
or 5 years. Last year is fine because of the stimulus money. How about the
following years? One thing I can think of is some of the fund went to one-
time instrument proposals or similar things.
