司没有让步的意思。已好几个来回了，双方还是寸土不让。眼看煮熟的鸭子要飞了。。。
有什么变通的办法呢？
Company:
Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, Client
shall not be liable to University ... for any ... damages, including but not
limited to loss of profits ... under this Agreement.
University:
Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary except for
Client's indemnification obligations under paragraph 5(a), Client shall not
