2. Talk in English as much as possible, e.g. with your family.
3. Spend some time watching TV talk show, the faster the better (e.g. "The
West Wing").
4. Watch TV or podcast and read online newspaper (e.g. NYTimes or WSJ)
regularly.

如果spouse是中国人,在家说英文会非常奇怪。。。
而且不和native speaker练习,其实没有多少意义

the talk is with a native speaker or not, because you have learned the
language and just need practice. Of course, it matters if the purpose is to
improve accent.

Most time I read paper and write papers... and feel it's a waste of time to
watch TV and newspaper.
I will try to change from now on.
