your question:
1. You probably need to calm down. Don't reply the email yet so that you
have time to think through.
2. I will generally suggest you trust your supervisor's intuitive judgment.
If he is not confident on your current progress, then, probably, there are
some issues in your current chapter / theorizing.

我事后问了系里毕业的前辈，也给他们看了我的东西，他们说可能导师喜欢我新的方向
，项目是可以的。
我也给导师回信了，会和他当面谈谈，问问方向不对在哪里。
总之，我忙了一个夏天，得到这个结果，心里还是有些失落地。估计以后做research也
得悠着点了。 |
