Mid-level remediation engineer/geologist
• Master’s degree (thesis based rather than coursework based) in
environmental engineering, chemical engineering, or hydrogeology. Degree
from oversea known university is ideal. Thesis research was in the area of
site/groundwater remediation. Publications based on your thesis research in
known international journals or presentations in top class international
conferences are desired. Some coursework on hydrogeology and groundwater
modeling is desired.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of full time working experience in
environmental remediation practice in well-known China local remediation
firm or global environmental consulting firm. Knowledge and experience in in
situ site remediation technologies such as enhanced in situ bioremediation,
in situ chemical reduction, and in situ chemical oxidation are highly
desired.
• Field experience in common hydraulic testing such as pumping test,
slug test and tracer test is desired. Proficiency in some common groundwater
modeling software such as Modflow is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in bench-scale treatability studies, able
to design and perform such studies.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese, full professional proficiency in
English, good presentation and communication skills.
• Strong team player, self-motivated, modest and eager to learn.
• This position may require up to 25-50% travel and field work such as
sampling and in situ remediation implementation support or overseeing. The
candidates must be available and able to handle these field tasks.

这水平。条件突出的，再酌情考虑。
