talked to the board for 1 yr since my bachelor degree is obtained in China
and had to get evaluation.
Exam:
Purchased Linderburger's reference books for FE and PE
and review EPA regulation webpage.Took a few months.

just talked to ur board about ur background and application.
normally u have to do evaluation for ur undergraduate study but u can find
some easy-going agencies if ur board agrees.
