Even if you have plenty of documents you may still more than 80% fail the
evaluation. This evaluation is totally a bullshit. Every year only a few
lucky chinese guys can pass it. If you are an earlier graduate in China, the
chance to pass is even less.
I think you can take the FE in Michigan, you don't need to submit any
application or education documents to sit for the exam. See details from the
