如何测量产生的铝沉淀(Al(OH)3)或Kaolinite的悬浮物大小,因为悬浮物的大小可能
会随时间变化。还有Al(OH)3的沉淀的形状问题对结果有无影响?

The mineral morphology of the aluminum oxides or Kaolinite can be determined
using XRD (X-ray defraction). The particle size can be analyzed using
gravity sedimentation.

Thanks.
But could I measure the change of particle size during the process? I found
the with the change of pH, the size of aluminum precipitates become larger
with the sedimentation.

Laser particle size analyzer may able do the job since it is non destructive
. But I don't have direct experience. You may consult some body in
nanotechnology field.

以前做过与这个比较相近的,是测c60.
你可以试试这个:http://www.malvern.co.uk/labeng/industry/protein/zetasizer_for_proteins.htm
这个可以测size 随着pH变化,或者离子强度变化等等。因为pH 或者离子强度会影响胶
体的双电层,导至胶体之间的作用力变化了,一般是会电斥变化。一般可以测量等电点
(zeta potential) 可以判断电斥力的变化趋势。

alunimum precipitate can be craystalline or amorphous in different
environment conditions.
