B can also be called the recipient.
For a chair, recipient is more appropriate.
Collector isn't right; it sounds like the person who gets rid of donated
items
that nobody wants (i.e., garbage collector).
There is no specific name for the date the recipient picked up the chair,
but none of the three you suggested are correct. "Date of pick-up" is ok.
