(Austin, TX) The Computer Science Department of the University of Texas at Au
stin plan to hold a rally next Monday on the West Mall in
opposition to the forthcoming Valentine's Day. Students enrolled in the Depar
tment of Computer Science believe the lover's holiday excludes
people who don't date. Kevin Fowlry, a long-time ACM member and College Bowl
