现在的情况是，在一说周末的中文学校做teacher，
然后有学生家长推荐到当地一所charter school里面去了
在chater school才刚刚开始做volunteer。
个人本来不觉得自己跟教育会沾边，
但是在那说周末中文做了几个月，感觉自己还是挺适合做老师的
所以现在有了申请教育的想法。

Maybe you should chat with wyfyyz, who taught in a charter school for a year
with a similar visa status like yours. Her negative experience might be
just one isolated sample but it epitomizes many common problems existing in
the US charter schools: the management --or lack thereof; resource
limitations; potentially lower academic standards and expectations; and most
of all, hiring of non-certified teachers, which could be a great
disadvantage for Chinese teachers who work really hard |

ended up in leaving that charter school after one year contact. I am not saying all charter school are bad schools, but from my own experience,and the experience from other
charter school teachers in my state, I think charter schools, at least in my
area, are all bad schools. |

a valid teacher license if you are seeking a full-time teaching job. |

small, true, but I had enough with the wild brats from charter schools, my
buddy from work said she wish she could whopp the crap out of those cut-up
ones, she is drained.
