发帖数: 1995 | 3 在纽约市，teaching fellow 是一种program. 不需要教育学背景，不需要执照，基本
上直接进入教室当老师，跟同等资历的老师有执照一样的工资待遇。同时免费读master
,要求在一定年限内拿到硕士学位以及执照。被录取以后签合同要在纽约市任教一定年
限，具体的我不是很清楚。一般都是被分配在很差的学校。这种program上班的同时读
书，压力很大。不过相比起来要比花3万多块full time读书，student teaching而且没
有收入经济上压力小很多。纽约市教育局网站上应该有相关的信息。好像是对身份有要
求，要有绿卡的。 |
