gosh, nobody can compare with Samuelson, even if he is Stiglitz.
Sam. is MASTER, the founder of the mainstream econ. Stiglitz is also
a super smart guy, most of his papers i read is about micro, seems to me
he is a micro guy.

he did a lot in game theory, price discovery, and most importantly, finance.
his papers are always beautifully done, with intuition clearly and concisely
laid out, which cannot be said about most economists.
