by the company in that:
1. Your vacation plan still requires approval from the manager. So you need
to guess how many days your manager expects you to take off. Also, if you ta
ke too many days off, your focal review might get hurt.
2. When you decide to leave the company, you can't cash out your "untaken" v
acations. This actually reduces the company's liability on employees' untake
n vacations.
So effectively, you can't take much more days off than the industry's averag
e. And if you take less than that, you can't get the cash-out.

大家要么等着年底拿钱cash out
要么该休假就休假 毕竟应得的
unlimited以后
大家都要看着manager脸色行事
所以很多人一年14天都休不满
但没休够也不会有补偿
关键看自己有多大胆
也有牛逼哄哄和上层关系铁的人，三天两头vacation的
