成汽车公司了。这个职位很明显是消费电子里的电源，跟apple的power组干的很接近

the son of his friend to the new company, who graduated from industry
engineering.....He trained the young indian hand-by-hand and shared
everything with him.
Ironically, I know a chinese who is working in a semiconductor company and
wants to jump to xxx(a big company). He asked one of the acquaintance if he
can
provide an referral. However, he was told that "come back to me two years
later when you gain more experiences". It is just a regular position.
I am not going to judge but we are really paying for our selfishness as a
CHINESE GROUP. I am trying to refer chinese whenever there is an opening in
my company and really hope we can get better, beat those indians.

my point is more of that maybe we can be more open-minded. I think for most
entry-level openings, as long as the candidate is not too stupid, he/she can
be trained (the young indian in my example) and work out well. That`s my
point.
BTW, the reason I am commenting on this is not to ask for a referral. I like
my work now and believe I can get a dream offer on my own a little later if
I want to go for another company. Thanks.
And I know lots of people here are nice and kind to help others. That`s for
sure.
Plus, please dont take my comment too serious. Occasionally, I just browse
the EE board, learn something or comment on something when I am a little
tired. ( that`s why I am using English as there is no Chinese on the

去年底面过google的一个硬件power组，不知道是不是楼主的主。第二轮电面试个印度
人。没有问一个power的问题，全部问运放的问题，还问的很深入。电话里面让我想象
这样那样的运放电路，想波形和输出电压值。尼玛这个我就算能推出来但凭空想是搞不
出来的。后来很自然挂了。后来真想投诉丫的。问这些问题卵用没有。与这样的人共事
，不去也罢。

路大多时候都是运放电路。非理想运放的各种性能都必须充分了解，否则像电流采样这
种电路你设计完了发现测量输出与实际值相差十万八千里是常有的事。
这种题就算不碰到老印，碰到老中也是照样会问的。Google power今年招了四个人，三
个是老中，每个人都被你说的那个老印面过。
