I am admitted by the EE undergraduate program in U of Utah, Oregon State U
and Suny Buffalo, I read a lot from the websites, but not sure which one I
should go, which one will make me easier to landing a job.

of EE.
Buffalo is very north and cold in winter, and not much better than the other
two, so probably can cross out.
As to the other two, maybe general under ranking and general EE ranking will
be more meaningful.
