Requirements
* M.S. or Ph.D. in physics, electrical engineering, or equivalent (Ph.D.
preferred).
* Solid knowledge of device and/or process physics.
* Deep understanding of semiconductor technology issues.
* TCAD experience is highly desirable.
* Solid understanding of capacitance extraction
* Understanding EDA tools is a plus.
