ton is kind of on the expensive side. if you have 4 yr exp and a degree in r
elavent field ( or pe experience, hw) you can expect 100k.

打开ieee spectrum看看，里面招ECE faculty的都是靠Energy
中美都一样，全是靠政策，等奥黑下台了，不知道又会搞哪个
