square wave,voltage amp: up to 50V
current: up to 2A
pulse width: 100ns~100ms
duty cycle: up to 80%
实验室有一个Agilent | 8114A , 说是duty cycle能到100%,但是duty cycle大于50%以
后,voltage amp就只能到25V了.满足不了要求.
google一下hihg power generator,第一个跳出来就这个. 找不到其他的了,哪位大侠能
够推荐一个,或者推荐下哪里能找到? 多谢啊 | a*m

如果找不到，你找两个个大功率管子都可以自己搭一个输出级了吧。 | b*******2
发帖数: 2121 | 3 事实上之前也是自己用hihg power transistor搭建的输出级,可惜变形太厉害了.根本
看不错pulse形状,duty cycle也完全读不出来.而我现在实验就是要研究不同duty
cycle下的影响的...

load上电容有要求么？没有的话也要尽可能小。
这个pulse的频率大概是多少呢？ | b*******2

can also do 1us and up to 1ms. Just need to compare different widths.
Load is a regular semiconductor laser. Not quite sure about the Cap.
For different pulse widths, I will also want to see how it works under
different duty cycles, say, up to 80%. So up to MHz rep rate should be fine.
