如果只想 bond 十几根线 从silicon chip到 chip carrier 上去， 也没有长期 bond
的计划， 哪个公司做的最便宜啊？

I get mine bonded in Corwil. They are not very cheap though. They have a
flat rate for number of chips below certain quantity.
Just curious, what's your pad spacing on chip?... Maybe some of your school
professors has a wire bonder in their own lab that you can ask a favor of?...
