Hazardous emission to enviorenment outside the facility
要排个顺序。
目前2个onsite，第一个MEMC in plano 那时候还没毕业，黄了；第二个上个月IM
Flash in utah，自己感觉发挥不错，可惜offer发给了印度女生。
小弟找process engineer的工作，各位前辈若有推荐提携或者建议的，感激不尽！ |

发帖数: 830 | 3 这个对有工作经验得可能很容易吧。我只做过一点intern，还不是这种大规模fab得，
所以只能凭common sense猜一下：
1. Hazardous emission to enviorenment outside the facility
我觉得这事关company image，如果问题很大的话还会导致官司
2. Hazard to employees
同样的，可能会导致官司
以上2个都是human factor，所以优先，external比internal problem更优先一点。
后面三个 scrap > throughput > yield
不过我迷惑的是前两个不都可以归结到yield吗？不是专门有个职位叫yield
enhancement engineer吗？ |

当然是先搞定内部的问题，然后再搞定外部。yield enhancement估计是针对不同的
product line，比较强调总体的概念；估计作为process engineer，本道工序也存在
yield问题，还有可能将来总体yield出问题了，再反馈回来查出是本道工序的问题。

排在employee的safty前面，一直被我们鄙视。
我觉得Master去做process engineer是有些大材小用，FAB里面条条框框太多了。

doubt you have ever worked in an american factory if you said no. Then
yield. Depending on environment hazard severity, it might or might not be
cared.
