发帖数: 5 | 1 我和LD现在都是h1b身份。今年4月LD的PD current了，4月底我们递交了485申请，并同
时申请了EAD和AP。现在材料在NBC处理，USCIS网站上说NBC处理EAD的时间需要6.5到8.
5个月，太慢了！我正好最近面试了一个大公司，大公司已经准备给我发offer了，结果
发现需要给我办h1b transfer，他们就不想办了（他们几乎不办h1b），说等我有了EAD
再联系他们（等我有了485 EAD，他们估计已经招到别人了）。正好LD在办h1b
extension，我能否和LD的h1b extension同时递交h4身份转换和h4 EAD申请并加急，这
样就能快点拿到h4的EAD，就能去那个公司工作。
1. 咨询了律所的小蜜，她说递交了485 EAD申请就不能递交h4 EAD的申请了，会被据。
但是我在网上没有查到相关说法，请问是否属实。咨询律师需要另外收费。
2. 如果可以这样做，之后485 EAD来了是否有冲突，或者是否影响485 EAD。
3. 如果可以这样做，怎样确保h4 和 h4 EAD同时批准，这样中间没有gap，不会影响
工作连续性。

P.S. 我的h1b年底就过期了，因为想走，不想麻烦现在的公司办延期了 |

发帖数: 6 | 2 有个前提是错误的: h1b extension + h4 EAD + pp 只会加快H1B的批准, 但不会加快
H4和EAD。这个情况是从要求H4打指纹开始的。trackitt.com上目前还没有4月1日以后
提交的H4 + EAD被approved的记录。 |

我觉得在这里猜，还不如问律师。如果公司用的是大事务所，Fragomen或者BAL这种的
，他们的数据比论坛什么的靠谱多了。 |

我的LD也是这种情况，4月中旬提交h1b extension + h4 EAD + pp，5月1号录指纹，之
后h4 EAD再无任何消息 （h1b extension 一周内已批）。

05/07 – USCIS received H1,H4 COS and H4 EAD application in PP (Vermont).
05/15 – H1B Approved.
05/29 – Attended Biometrics.
06/30 – H4 EAD case status changed to “New card is being produced”.

Even such cases exist, I think the overall probability of getting such
smooth processing is very low. And this case proves that PP is not applied
to H4 + EAD.

with PP is still much faster than without PP.
By the way, another example:
H1B+H4+H4 EAD applied extension on Premium Processing.
Vermont Service Center.
Application send on April 13th
H1B Approved on April 19th
H4 Biometrics appointment done on May 10th
H4 & EAD approved on June 19th and received the courtesy copy on June 24th.
Waiting for the originals and EAD card.
