:不是矫情。但是我是去年年底交的申请。因为基于以前被批准的140
:因为换了工作地点，所以律师在重新走PERM，140等。可是这个怎么可能被批准呢？
难道不是应该等到新的140下来才可以继续么？ | m*********4

关于入籍的回答是这样的
“As indicated below as a green card holder you are no longer eligible to
file for a PERM application. In the event that this comes up at the time of
your naturalization interview you would be able to explain to the officer
that the application process had been restarted to take into account the
telecommuting aspect of the job, however the I-485 was approved before we
were able to file. This will be sufficient, and should not cause any
additional issue. ” | a****r
