" Recently, the USCIS has informed us that all NIW cases are being held
in abeyance due to the recent AAO precedent decision, Dhanasar ruling. We
have been told that adjudication will resume once final guidance and
training has been given to the Officers. At this time, we do not know the
date that adjudication will resume, but will be sure to keep you posted once
we have more information. Thank you".

near future会给出决定。收到这个回复一周了，不知道还要多久才可以批准。 |
