于是，我们在网上查了一下状态如下：
“On December 13, 2016, USCIS made the decision to refund the fee for your
Form I-539, Application to Extend or Change Nonimmigrant Status, Receipt
Number WACXXXXXXX. Your refund will be mailed to the fee remitter on file.
This refund does not affect the processing or location of your case. If you
do not receive your refund by March 13, 2017, please call the Burlington
Finance Center at 1-802-288-7600. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/
addresschange to give us your new mailing address.”
"On December 21, 2016, USCIS refunded the fee for your Form I-765,
Application for Employment Authorization , Receipt Number WACXXXXXXX, and
mailed the refund to the address of the fee remitter on file. This refund
does not affect the processing or location of your case. If the fee remitter
does not receive a refund by January 20, 2017, please call the Burlington
Finance Center at 1-802-288-7600. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/
addresschange to give us your new mailing address."
