因为今年的H1B接受是3/4到7/4截止。我于1/4周五寄出快件申请，问了邮局3/4快件到
移民局，但是通过律师的邮件追踪2/4周六移民局就签收了。这肯定会被rejected 的。
我的律师又准备了第二份H1B申请及Cover letter 专门解释了取消第一份申请的原因。
周二4/4寄出第二份申请，周三5/4移民局签收了。
四月十一日申请费被收了，四月底雇主收到了正式H1B的批准通知书，六月份移民局却
把第二份5/4的时间收到的包裹材料包括及申请费全部退回，I-129表上还盖着移民局5/
4的时间收到的红章。七月份律师也收到H1B批准件。因为我不放心，总觉得有事发生，
所以查了九月份到现在为止，移民局网站我的号码，却发现说Fee refund was mailed.

1) 我的退回通知上就是说没有到排期，到了重新送。
2）我老婆的比较奇怪,以下是通知内容：
