AC21里面要求SOC一样。180天后新雇主不sponsor，只给evl。咨询的律师这么回复：
“In cases where I had concern on salary issues I obtained a PW for the new
position from the DOL. If they assigned the same SOC code as the labor cert,
I submitted this as evidence of same occupation.”
这个prevailing wage需要雇主弄？ SOC是PW的时候DOL给的？
