is likely to happen on a monthly basis through June based on current
applicant demand patterns. Readers should never assume that recent trends in
cut-off date movements are guaranteed for the future, or that "corrective"
action will not be required at some point in an effort to maintain number
use within the applicable annual limits. The determination of the actual
monthly cut-off dates is subject to fluctuations in applicant demand and a

翻到15年12月的VB发现也有这个SECTION,然后又对比了16年1月的VB，感觉靠谱呢。
以前从来没有翻到下面去看过，今天翻了翻以前的，这个SECTION D的内容都是变化的。

最不愿看到这个了，
明明有第二排期不用，
第一排期还是大起大落的话，
只能说他们是故意的了。
