l******8 发帖数: 262	1 Sorry, i cannot type chinese in work. I did downgrade by myself from EB2 to EB3 and got receipt notice today. My EB2 priority date is 7/3/2013, but on the new Eb3 Receipt notice ,it shows priority date is 1/19/2016, anyone has that issue before. How could I deal with that? Thank you very much for your help!
