发帖数: 150 | 1 EB2 485 pending不足180天被laid off, 已收到EAD/AP, 目前正在重找工作，有潜在
offer,但是记得EB2申请有prevailing wage的要求，问题是找新的工作是否年薪不能低
于以前的工作？如果offer来了但年薪还不如以前高，是否应该接受？主要是担心如果
来了EVL的RFE，是否会要求出示年薪的证明或pay stub之类的材料？
另外如果换一个城市找工作，是否还得根据新的城市对EB2要求的prevailing wage来考
虑接受offer?

发帖数: 66 | 2 i think the new job should pay at least the PW indicated on your PERM or 140
. Higher pay with the new job is okay as long as it is not outrageously
higher.If it is lower in the beginning but it will be increased by the
estimated time of REF to match up the PW for the region, i think it is okay.
I think the new location should be factored in, such as a metro city
demands higher pay because of living cost.
Hopefully someone here had the same experience can tell you more preciously.

很多，只要不比原来低我就很满足了。
