住follow up一下，然后问问如果还不回复他们能不能打电话询问一下。然后就得到这
样一个nb的回复。

C I S 应该一天就会回，至少我联系的参众议员都是今天问明天有回音的那种
尽管他都会说14天内有回复
最好能直接跟负责发inquiry联系，通过话会好些
