我打电话问的，过了正好15天，给了我这个回复。这是什么意思?
The status of this service request is:
After careful review of your request, it has been determined that your case
has been transferred out of this office. Your issues will be best addressed
by the USCIS office having jurisdiction over your case. Therefore, we have
forwarded your service request to the Philadelphia Field Office.

另外我跟我老婆同时file的，她的回复是这样的：

We have received your service request and researched the status of your case
. We have had to perform an additional review and this has caused a delay in
processing time. Your case is currently with an adjudicating officer. You
should receive a decision or notice of further action within 60 days.
