这个是我写的，主要就是怕发出去，就只有2000-3000签名 是不是适得其反？ 即便是
大力宣传了？
想要发，是因为觉得印度人太narrow minded, 即便很少签名，觉得也是我们中国人自
己的voice。
大家觉得呢？？？
这个是我前两天写的petition，怕分散签名， 已经有了印度人那个（6000多签名了）
，就没有发：
USCIS and DOS revert to original October Visa Bulletin
The State Department has unexpectedly revised its existing October Visa
Bulletin, moving back the “Date for Filing” cutoff dates for employment-
based immigrants to be eligible to file adjustment of status applications
for Chinese and Indian nationals in the EB-2 category and for Philippine
nationals in the EB-3 category. This unexpected last minute revision caused
very large number of legal employment based immigrants and their families
experience both financial loss (document expenses, costly medical reports,
legal fees etc.) and huge disappointment to the credibility of the
government.
The original October Visa Bulletin was part of the White House initiative to
modernize the legal immigration system.
We petition that USCIS and DOS revert to the original October Visa Bulletin. |

中印属于竞争加合作关系，问题这次人家压根没想和咱合作。这次不管成不成，是不是
一起改，dos/uscis看到的是烙印的组织和劳动。下次没准dos联系它们不联系咱们，因
为反正咱们都是活雷锋，不会出头。然后烙印也会说考虑印度就可以了，其它的不在我
们申诉范围之内，反正其它国家受的影响也不大，而且他们排期已经很靠前了。
